Thank you for choosing PrintingGreen.com for your printing needs, we appreciate your business and encourage you to closely read the following terms and conditions as they govern your use of this website and the details of your ordering process.
By placing an order with PrintingGreen.com you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these conditions at any time, so please review this page upon revisiting the site. All orders are subject to acceptance by PrintingGreen.com and upon approval the ordering process begins.
1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products and services and we want you to be delighted with our printing and our expert service. If for any reason you aren't fully satisfied with your printed piece, we will either reprint it or provide a full refund, excluding shipping, postage and processing costs.
Turnaround time selected by client on PrintingGreen begins when proofs are approved and returned to our location (whether online or hardcopy proofs). If your job is approved by Five P.M PST, printing turnaround begins within that business day. For instance, approved proofs with a two day printing turnaround selection that reach our facility by 5:00 p.m. on a Wednesday would be shipped by Friday at 5:00p.m. Please remember that PrintingGreen is not in operation on weekends or holidays. Turnaround time selected for printing does not apply to shipping, but solely to finished printed materials. Any estimates regarding delivery times are not guaranteed by PrintingGreen.com as once the order has been shipped responsibility for it's care shifts to the mailing service and the client.
Soft copy PDF proofs are available with the submission of your print ready files and are available at no extra charge. After submission of print ready, approved files a soft copy PDF proof will be sent to the customer's email. Upon receiving these approved PDF proofs from the customer the turnaround time process will begin. In order to verify the industry standard in color duplication, a hard copy proof must be ordered at additional cost. Hard copy proofs are meant to display only color and do not represent the exact specification of your order. If you'd like to view what your job will look like on a specific paper stock, you'll need to order samples of your job. The Turnaround process for hardcopy proofs begins when we receive them back at our facility with the client's approval. Any changes to your order must be directed in writing.
We will reproduce the color of your approved proof to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy because of the limitations of inks used and the printing process itself. Hard copy proofs approved by the customer can be guaranteed within 90% color accuracy of the proof returned to our facility. Clients are responsible for submitting print ready files suitable to the offset printing process. PrintingGreen is not liable for issues with the printed materials that arise from low resolution, errors or omissions in artwork, layout problems, or any errors that were present in the approved proof submitted back to our facility. All files submitted to PrintingGreen should be in CMYK format, and not RGB. The conversion process that occurs when changing over from RGB to CMYK produces a shift in color. This shift in color is not the responsibility of PrintingGreen.com and can be entirely avoided by submitting files in CMYK format. Please keep this in mind while placing your order. Similarly, when ordering Spot Color work, your order must be placed using PMS format.
Payment for service is due at the submission of the initial order. Payment includes the cost of processing/prepress work, printing the work itself, bindery services and the shipping/mailing that subsequently follows. Payment must be delivered through approved methods unless otherwise expressly stated and approved by both parties. Payments may be made: 1) By credit card, the most common method of purchase. The security of your payment information is verified by our secure server. 2) By pre-pay, cash or check. In which case, your order process will begin upon our receiving your payment or check by mail. 3) Pay on account. On account or purchase orders are available to government and educational institutions unless otherwise stated. If a customer's credit card company declines authorization of payment, the order shall not be processed. If we have already begun processing the order and the credit card is declined, payment will be required before shipping the order. All charges specified within the terms and conditions and the estimate of the order are due on part of the client. Should an account become delinquent, the customer agrees to pay a monthly finance charge as well as an additional percentage rate of interest on the work done. 6. Return Policy Due
to the nature of the product, no returns can be made. Any claim on defects within the product must be made within five business days of receiving the order. Failure to report any damages will result in irrevocable acceptance of the order. Replacement or reprinting of the order will occur if the merchandise is returned and the damage is deemed to not have occurred by misuse or mishandling of the product. If a complaint regarding merchandise is filed within five business days, the merchandise may not be used, even for a limited time.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PrintingGreen, its subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liability, costs and expenses, including legal fees made by any third party arising from or related to your use of the site or breach of the terms and conditions. You also certify that you own rights to or have a license to use the image(s) and/or intellectual property being reproduced as a part of your order.
Printing Green promises to deliver quality printing in accordance with Printing Industry Standards. Therefore, we guarantee that if your job has defects in workmanship or materials within our control or if we fail to follow your written instructions, we will reprint the job at our expense or refund your money. This guarantee does not apply to errors in client's digital files, including, but not limited to, poor or low res photos, incorrect color model, missing fonts, defective file formats, incorrect copy or changes/corrections that were not noted prior to printing. While we do strive to assure "pleasing color" standards, we cannot guarantee the printed piece will exactly match the colors on your screen or printer.
